A stylish two-bedroom holiday home in Camber village: sunlit rooms, south-facing decking, an enclosed garden, a garage for the car or the kit, and the beach, pub and shop within walking distance.
Kitchen, lounge and the terrace beyond
The spacious, sunlit kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table and comfy chairs, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a combined washer dryer (handy for wetsuits and sandy clothes). Through to the lounge: plush seating, fast fibre Wi-Fi (50+ Mbps) and a Smart TV you can sign into with your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ or BBC iPlayer account, plus a DVD/Blu-ray player and Chromecast.
Seascape artwork and a timber dining table give it a relaxed coastal feel, and French windows open straight onto the south-facing decking area. A convenient cloakroom with WC sits downstairs too.
Two bedrooms and a family bathroom
The master bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed with fresh linen and nautical-inspired furnishings against whitewashed walls. The second bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a super-king if you prefer. Both rooms have clock radios with smartphone charging.
They share a family bathroom with an overhead shower, walk-in bath, WC and basin. Bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are included, along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hoover and dishwasher tablets.
South-facing decking, enclosed garden, and a garage
Step out onto the decking area with outdoor seating, a parasol and a BBQ for al fresco suppers in the warmer months. Below it, a charming pebbled garden with rattan sofas is fully enclosed and safe for both dogs and children.
A garage at the rear takes the car, or the buggy, bikes and boards if you would rather leave the car outside, and there is further parking at the front and rear of the property. Please note that electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property. If you drive an EV, locate the nearest public charging point before you arrive.

Overhead shower, walk-in bath, WC and basin upstairs; separate downstairs cloakroom with WC. Hairdryer provided.
Thoughtfully set up
Travel cot, highchair and books for children. Fully enclosed pebbled garden. One small dog welcome. Suitable for infants and children.
Garage, parking & safety
Garage at the rear for the car or for buggies, bikes and boards, plus parking front and rear. Central heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, iron and board, hoover, hangers, private entrance with no shared access.

Every booking at Beachside Cottage includes membership of The Grapevine Champagne & Jazz Bar in Rye for the duration of your stay, a lovely way to round off a day on the sand, ten minutes up the road.
